- Your requirement may be shared with multiple teachers
- Teachers may contact you after accessing your lead
2.3 Responsibility
- You must verify teacher credentials
- Fees, schedule, and terms are decided directly with the teacher
3. Teacher Terms
3.1 Profile
- You must provide accurate details
- Fake or misleading profiles may be suspended
3.2 Credits System
- Teachers must use credits/membership to access leads
- Credits are deducted when a lead is opened
- Pricing may vary
3.3 Restrictions
You must not:
- Share or resell leads
- Spam or misuse user data
- Contact for unrelated services
3.4 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Student conversion
- Earnings or success
4. Payments & GST
- Payments are processed via third-party gateways
- GST will be applied as per Indian law
- Invoice will be provided where applicable
5. Abuse & Misuse
We may take action against:
- Fake leads or profiles
- Harassment or spam
- Misuse of platform data
Actions may include:
- Account suspension
- Credit blocking
- No refunds
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Quality of teaching
- Disputes between users
- Financial losses
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts for violations without refund.
8. Dispute & Jurisdiction
- Governed by Indian law
