Fake or unresponsive lead? Your credit comes back
If an enquiry turns out to be fake, the parent wants a different teaching mode, or the parent does not respond after 48 hours, you can claim your credit back yourself from the dashboard.
- Go to Opened Leads on your dashboard.
- Select Claim credit refund on that lead and choose the reason.
- Submit within 5 days of unlocking. Our team reviews it quickly.
